Elite Tactical was founded in 2018 to provide the premier standard for service in the security industry. After seeing business owners who were settling for big-box security that was just “good enough” we committed ourselves to becoming leaders in the industry.
We knew that we could provide our clients with the very best in service when it came to secure transportation, executive protection, and physical security. We also wanted to focus on helping our communities, businesses, and schools prepare for security emergencies, threats and prevention. Elite Tactical has developed recommendations, training, and procedures based on real-life events including active shooters, self-defense, and anti-bullying.
Elite Tactical prides itself as leaders in the security field, and that includes membership in the most exclusive, educational, and rigorous industry associations. We are members of: the ATM Industry Association, the ATM Security Association, and the Secure Cash and Transport Association. Being a member of these industry organizations is important to every agent at Elite Tactical and reaffirms our level of commitment to the security of our clients.
My name is Nick Lemek and I’m the Co-founder, Chief of Operations, and Lead Instructor for Elite Tactical. I’ve been a firefighter and a paramedic for 12 years, I’ve worked security for over a decade and I’ve been certified in Executive Protection, Firearms, Investigations, and numerous others. I’ve been involved in joint operations with JSOC, the Air Force, and the CDC. I’ve coordinated with local law enforcement and have been in life-threatening and dangerous situations hundreds of times. I am committed to using this experience to making our communities, schools, and business safer. My passion, and the driving force behind Elite Tactical is to keep people safe and serve our community. This passion and determination is something that we expect in everyone associated with Elite Tactical.
